Good location in historic town centre, nice friendly staff, excellent food, staff promptly accomodated my request for an iron and ironing board. Very happy with my stay. When I am visiting Rye again in future, I will look to book here first.

Our stay at the Teahouse could not have been more lovely. Brenda went out of her way to make our weekend feel special and the B&B itself is incredibly cute, authentic and right in the center of town. We couldn't recommend it more! Perfect for a romantic weekend away. And the breakfast was exceptional. Little added touches like chocolates for your tea/coffee, fluffy towels, a glass of wine on arrival and beautifully kept rooms make it a 10/10 stay.
