The beds and pillows were perfect, it was very quiet overnight, and we got a great night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of items. It's a shame that we only had one night there, but we'll be staying for longer on our next trip.

There was a slight hiccup at check-in but Jordan and his team leapt into action and solved the problem within minutes, very courteous and apologetic and really helpful. Never judge someone on a problem, judge them on how they put it right, and I couldn't fault them. Would book again without a second thought.
