Location great - five minutes walk into the centre of town for shops and buses. The quiet. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Very clean. New bathroom. Access to full kitchen with free coffee etc. Kevin is a good host - full introduction to facilities. I liked the style of the old renovated house.

Eagle House - verðlaunaða B&B and Apartment er staðsett í Eccleshall, í sögulegri byggingu, 18 km frá Trentham Gardens. Beautiful property with wonderful decor and furnishings, and superb comfort, especially the suitably cool interiors on this very hot weekend. I was in Eccleshall for a Christening party and those of us who stayed at Eagle House enjoyed a comfortable and sound night's sleep - unlike some of our party who stayed elsewhere - and an easy bathroom to freshen up. Lovely hosts who were welcoming, very helpful but also not intrusive. They seemed to have thought of everything I might need. I felt cocooned and really well looked after all weekend. Wish I could have stayed much longer! Thank you so much!

A very charming place in a lovely village. Very friendly and welcoming staff with a personal approach. All the necessary comforts. There's something very satisfying about staying in an inn... perhaps it's the history the building makes you think of, or the warmth of its busyness, or the pint you can pop down for... Not sure... but we loved the place!

A beautiful location in the Staffordshire countryside. The property itself has been set up wonderfully, with an outside sitting area and beautiful surrounding gardens. It is only a 15 min drive to Alton Towers, which is why we went, but it was a lovely place to stay. The fan was a great extra touch because when we stayed, it was 30 degrees that day! A great breakfast in the morning too.

The location is excellent, it's 5 minutes walk to the town center. We stayed here to attend Uttoxeter races, this is within walking distance. The room is very nice, it has a big ensuite and everything you need (home from home). Also as an extra bonus to the room.. the bed is really really comfortable. Peter is a great host.
