We arrived with heavy suitcases, two young men took our bags up for us, with smiles and lively chats! We had lunch, food was amazing, but huge portions…for us. We told the young man the food was superb, it was just a generous portion and we were not able to finish it. We had an early morning flight to catch, we left the hotel at 6:00 AM. We were told where to leave the room key and how to let ourselves out. All with smiles! Excellent hotel, loved the charm and it was so clean, we loved our stay, we were sorry it was only for one night. We are from Calgary Canada, possibly we will come back again to visit.

The room and bathroom were really clean the shower worked well. Breakfast was lovely and included juice and hot pastries (delivered to the room), enjoyed with the in room tea, coffee and hot chocolate facilities. The hosts were really efficient and friendly.

Birmingham city centre is a 25-minute drive from the building, while the NEC is only an 8-minute drive away. More like a very nice small hotel than a guest house. Very friendly, welcome, helpful and generous.

It is possible for guests to sit outside and enjoy the property grounds. Property was clean and comfortable. Lovely hot shower in the morning. Plenty of tea and coffee available and the Costa coffee pods were such a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this place and will be booking here again next time I’m visiting family.

The property is around 2.7 km from National Motorcycle Museum, 5.9 km from NEC Birmingham and 11 km from Birmingham Back to Backs. Hippodrome Theatre is 13 km away and Birmingham New Street is 13 km from the guest house. The apartment was very clean, to a professional standard. Very spacious and had no issues getting comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfect for my needs. Getting there was easy, helpful directions were immediately sent after booking and the landlord was very courteous and responded quickly to any and all of my questions.
