The Cuddies is a recently renovated campground in Balloch, where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace. There is a private entrance at the campground for the convenience of those who... We loved everything about this place! The units are incredibly desgined - small but efficient with everything we needed. Our family rented out all three units and it was perfect. John and Doniel were so friendly, there for all we might have needed, and showed our little ones the farm and the animals, even letting them feed the goats. We were just sorry the weather made it so we couldnt light the fire at night or use the hot tubs! Tips for other travellers Though the location is out in the country there are towns not far to go to. We went to Stirling castle one day (about 45 minutes away) and on another day we went to Luss - a super cute town. No doubt if the weather was better we would have had a chance to take some great hikes nearby!

Located within 15 km of University of Edinburgh and 15 km of EICC in Roslin, Roslin Glamping provides accommodation with seating area. Everything was just perfect, the tent was comfortable, facilities great and Michael and Lynne so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The setting is gorgeous, so picturesque and friendly neighbours (the sheep in the next field).

Situated in Strathy in the Highlands region, Strathy Bay Pods has a garden. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Spotlessly clean, wonderful shower, everything you could ask for. Friendly welcoming host even had milk for our tea in the fridge along with some lovely ice cream.

The Vu Snugs, a property with a garden, is situated in Bathgate, 31 km from Edinburgh Zoo, 32 km from Murrayfield Stadium, as well as 34 km from EICC. Our snug was so cosy and romantic the attention to details was great and the furniture is great quality such a comfy mattress

Wilding on a Whim, a property with a garden, is set in West Linton, 23 km from EICC, 23 km from University of Edinburgh, as well as 23 km from Royal Mile. Our first time in Scotland and glamping and I’m sooo glad I didn’t book a hotel ! … the pods are beautiful and ever so cosy … we definitely did not need to bring extra woollies with us ! … we arrived on Xmas day to a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us … fresh eggs and milk were provided too which was very welcome ! … the pod was very clean too. beds are comfy and so is the sofa bed (I have same one at home) this is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas and relaxing here in the evening … we spotted lots of wild animals including cute rabbits in the evenings … the owner is very friendly and lit us up a little fire on our last night so my little one could toast some marshmallows. felt very safe … Highly recommend this place !

Set in Port na Long and only 1.8 km from Fiskavaig Bay Beach, Portnalong Pod offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Wow! What an amazing little gem on the Isle of Skye. We fell in love with Skye this week, and that had a lot to do with staying in this sweet little pod. The compact space is clean and modern, with everything you need to get away. Steve and Angela did so much to make us feel welcome and were so kind. Lovely hosts! We were lucky enough to enjoy some beautiful weather, so we even had time to sit on the porch and enjoy the Scottish landscape. The pod is tucked away, but there is a lovely little pub down the road where we were able to enjoy dinner. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting the Isle of Skye.

Located in Balmacara and only 5.1 km from Kyle of Lochalsh, Small Cozy Shepherd hut 20 by 7 feet with boxed in high double bed provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private... The shepards hut is located within its own private garden with glorious views of mountains. It even has a robotic lawnmower or as my wife calked it "your little mates out again". A short drive from the around 3 miles is a small fishing village called Plockton, here you can find places to eat and recommend the boat trip to see the seals. The hut is very modern inside and even has a brand new top of the range AIr frier /grill fitted.
