I really like the hotel, staff and food. The hotel room was nice, clean and comfortable and quiet. The dinner and breakfast was really tasty and personal.staff was very kind and helpful. I would appreciate a better orientation system in hotel and also some more cosy chair in the room.

The hotel was in short a very pleasant surprise. It was renovated about four years ago, the owners very pleasant, the food excellent and the rooms very comfortable. We have nothing to complain about and will definitely want to return perhaps in the autumn when the countryside is beautifully coloured.

Really great location (6 km from border with Germany, wonderful view on Elba river, already in National park). 2. 24/7 possibility to check in, what is really rare in Europe for this price! 3. Very friendly stuff (also for pets)! They are online in WhatsUp, what is also very important and give calm for travellers. 4. Free parking across the hotel. 5. Small details for customers like earplugs for sleep (because on the other side of river goes trains), cups, glasses, tea, coffee, sugar and small fridge, travel info etc in the room. 6. Hot water for shower and enough comfortable bed as should be.

Absolutely wonderful lady, who made us feel very welcome and was always super helpful. The room was very cute and comfortable, and equipped with everything you need! We got to use the microwave and make ourselves tea and coffee. The food was amazing, too - very well spiced home cooked meals.
