Breakfast was good, the location was little away from nearby restaurants. May be the hotel can start and promote the inhouse restaurants for dinner.
The staff was extremely helpful.

Room is big compare to similar hotels. Breakfast was weak, but comes with a good coffee. Most importantly, it's a clean hotel, no bugs around. Location is good, near to Kasaba, taxis are passing on the street, so easily available. Overall I am satisfied.

It was sooooooooooooo BAD THAT i regret staying there in my room for 3 days. such a waste of time and money. put me off ever visitng Algiers again. the staff are rude, the place is dirty, cant begin to describe how bad my experience was!
1) They didnt mention on booking.com there is a £120 deposit which they take out of your bank 2) they didnt mention on booking.com that they actually have 3 ADITIONAL taxes that you have to pay 3) they overcharged me 120£ when I left 4) I had to change my room 3 times because they were disgusting and had INSECTS everywhere (I have attached about 4 of the 20+ pictures I have) 5) I asked for towels and shampoo and they said THEY RAN OUT! 6) I asked to speak to a manager, they hung up on me multiple times and then after about 4 HOURS of calling them, they passed me to someone who said he was the manager and said his name was Mahdi. When I called back and asked for him they said they dont even HAVE an employee called Mahdi so everything was a lie. 7) Booked a taxi for the airport ride and asked them to charge it to my room, which they did, but they did not inform the driver, SO I HAD TO PAY TWICE! Honestly, given that I speak arabic and I am algerian and this is supposed to be the top of the top, you are better off going to the Hilton, which is closer to the airport, clearner and the staff are friendly. NOT WORTH your money.
