I really liked the location of the hotel since you can find the subway station just a few blocks away. The breakfast was what I liked the most, since you can eat practically anything you want and the food is very delicious and with a great variety of food and drinks. As for the comfort of the room I feel that I rested very well, this place met all my expectations and the staff is super friendly and willing to help you in everything you need.

We have checked in on 5th June and we were robbed by unknown persons seating into reception of hotel. After that, Informing hotel staff has neither provided support in showing us CCTV camera nor they have provided prompt support to Police to which we filled the complaint on the same day. Our many valuable theft due to Hotel's 0 proof and pathetic security system. We lost money, mobile phones, keys, bank cards of my Wife's purse bag. I will definitely NOT recommend anyone checking into this hotel and I will ensure your hotel get some action from Spain government. We suspect Hotel staff is also involved in this kind of robbery plotted by Tax+Hotel staff.JITENCzech Republic

The remote checkin process went smoothly once i figured out without the instructions but might be a bit much for a non-technical or older person. Make sure your phone is charge to get you in the front door and room. Once in there is the typical hotel room key card but you still need to get in the front door. Unfortunately, my bank card was blocked when I tried to check in, which was quite embarrassing. However, the staff were very understanding and offered to hold the payment until we could find a solution. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

Facility stopped communication, no solution or discount offered. Ruined our Barcelona trip. Avoid if you're a non-smoker - it was a nightmare to stay there.

The hotels staff and the pool made our stay very comfortable. Oh, one more thing, must book it with breakfast. The restaurant service and the breakfast itself was just hearty and yummy.
