Everything was of the highest class - particularly the staff and the food. We really would struggle to find fault anywhere.

We wish we could give El Vicenç more than just 10. Our experience exceeded our expectations and felt like a living dream. We stayed for four days and the purpose of this trip was to propose to my girlfriend. The hotel was marvelous, and our room was stunningly beautiful, offering a breathtaking view. It was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was remarkable. We fell in love with the Le Labo products provided – such a luxurious touch! We dined at both the rooftop and downstairs restaurants. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish was exceptional, and the service was absolutely delightful, making each meal unforgettable. The entire guest experience team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They assisted with planning the best proposal, supporting us from before our arrival until the last moment in Mallorca. They helped with the logistics of the engagement proposal by connecting me with a boat company and making sure everything was perfect for this magical moment. A special thank you to Mrs. Mari Benítez, whose outstanding support and attention to detail made our stay truly exceptional. She ensured every moment was perfect, and her warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression on us. Her dedication to making our proposal memorable was unparalleled, and we are incredibly grateful for her efforts. Once again, thank you to everyone for making this a one-of-a-kind stay. We cannot wait to come back!

This is a gem of a hotel. I stayed with my daughter for 4 nights at the end of May. It is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The gardens around the pool are small but well tended. The staff were excellent and spoke good english (which is helpful as my Spanish is limited). We had dinner at the hotel twice and the meals were great. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel and would definitely recommend it. If you want to eat in local restaurants, be warned that there aren’t many in the resort so do some research before you go and book ahead of time. You can book online.

Everything about our stay was perfection. From the welcome drinks and the introduction to the area by a member of the team (including recommendations for activities in the area & local restaurants), to the exquisite design of the hotel, which has respected & highlighted the original features of the building, to the tranquil pool area. Every detail was considered & the stay really did feel so luxurious. The staff were wonderful & we were very sad to say goodbye to this beautiful hotel - we’re already planning our next trip back.

Excellent breakfast served in the pretty square. A very good choice is offered and served by friendly staff. Hotel Juma is a pretty traditional hotel in a super location. It is spotlessly clean and the team are very helpful. We will definitely book again on our next trip.

Beautiful, welcoming, calm, quiet, stylish, efficient, comfortable, situated perfectly and charming. We are returning for our mini break away from home again. 🤗

It has a beautiful rustic charm whilst being very well maintained & comfortable.

What a truly fabulous place! A very special, authentic and luxurious experience whilst being excellent value for money. A short drive to lovely towns and beaches. The grounds are so lovingly kept with beautiful plants absolutely everywhere. Small areas of privacy are created with tables and chairs, and loungers around the pool and on the lawns for relaxing. The pool itself is a great size and was never busy (also so clean without the harsh chemicals). Other guests were so friendly, we felt very welcome by everyone, even with a small child. The breakfast was absolutely delicious; a huge range of sweet and savoury food with slightly different offerings each morning - the local fruits like the dried figs and fresh oranges were so tasty. Our room was so comfortable, huge bed with lovely linen and a smaller one for our son. Spotlessly clean, including bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and a small fridge. Really nicely designed wooden ceiling fan that can be remote controlled was a very helpful addition to the room, but the windows open (and covered with the pest nets) was just right at this time of year - how fabulous to hear the dawn chorus in the mornings. Joana was so friendly and provided absolutely brilliant directions and check in instructions via WhatsApp - it made our (very late) arrival so simple. There were some beach/pool toys, parasols, books and citronella candles left in the information room for guests to borrow which is a really thoughtful and helpful set up and avoids unnecessary waste of buying these things on holiday but without being able to take them home. Our son loved the little dogs who would come past at breakfast (but these were in no way intrusive or unwelcome) plus the goats and horses, as well as the trampoline and play area.

Beautiful property with lovely hosts. We managed to get in early and hitch was lovely to make the most of our first day. We also had a change of plans in that my in laws joined us for a few days and it wasn’t a bother. It was a 15 minute walk from town but we liked that as the location felt so remote but not very far from the bars and restaurants of Pollenca.
