The room was very nice with two balconies and a view of the bridge. The ambience was very pleasant. It was kind of the hotel to offer facilities to make tea and coffee etc although we didn't need to.

The receptionists were very kind and welcoming. The rooms are clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Not noisy at nights. The hotel has a small nice terrace with great view. Centrally located in the beautiful village of Besalu.

The area is amazing and is so nice to be right in the middle of nature. The property is stunning, though it does require a bit of maintenance especially on the terrace as the wooden flooring is quite old and has missing nails.

The host of the place is amazing. He was very friendly and helpful, he provided great recommendations for the hikes close by and for the restaurants to have dinner.
As for the room, it is ok as for one night stay. I really liked that it was clean and that the room had a bathtub.
The view from the bar/restaurant downstairs is really nice.
