Linda and Carlos were our warm & welcoming hosts to their quaint cortijo. The accommodation was sympathetic to the rustic Andalusian landscape of Almeria. Nestled in a peaceful corner just off the main road. Spotlessly clean. Compact for a couple. Comfortable bed (memory foam) and lovely shower in the beautifully tiled en suite. There was a small balcony with chairs to sit and soak up the Andalusian sun 🌞 and stunning mountain terrain. There are a few stairs to climb leading up to the accommodation, which could be an issue for some. The air con was great, especially as it was very hot weather. Breakfast included and was truly delicious. Fresh bread, delicious ham, and yummy fresh omelette, alongside fresh naranja zumo (fresh orange) and cafe con leche. 😋 our hosts were kind, accommodating, helpful, and friendly. We will definitely be returning. Thank you, guys. We loved it ❤️

Deana has created a beautiful oasis in the hills The garden and pool area is lovely with plenty of space to sit out/eat and still find peace. I miss hearing the birds! Everything about our stay with Anita and Steve was amazing. Beautiful location, fabulous accommodation, and perfect hosts. Anita had thought of Everything you could need during the stay and provided it and more!The accommodation is situated to allow guests complete privacy. We had breakfast provided on the veranda of Anita and Steve villa. What was really special was they took coffee with us and talked for as long as we wanted. Providing answers to all the many questions we had regarding the area and life in spain. Wherever we went around Arbolease, everyone knew of Anita and Steve and were thought of very highly! Don't hesitate about booking just do it!

We had an amazing stay at Lavender Lodge and this was down to the wonderful hospitality shown to us by Wag the owner. We were made to feel at home straight from the start with a very much my home is your home feel and nothing was too much trouble even down to the telephone calls we had to make to estate agents and solicitors as my phone was not connecting. The garden and terrace are very pretty with a good sized pool and plenty of sunbeds to catch the sun but also shade if needed. We would stay again in a heartbeat.
