Staff were very helpful and friendly, in showing us to our room which was a nice touch rather than just directions. The room had some basic toiletries, good sized towels and a hair dryer which is always a bonus after a day at the sea. The view was good of the River Hamble. Enjoyable breakfast with local cafe, Jennys.

Amazing breakfast well worth the money and there was plenty of it ,staff were fantastic,polite and curtious,we did have an evening meal that was also fantastic,really quiet room thought there might of been noise from the road and car park but no noise at all,the lady on reception was so lovely and helpful,would definitely stay here again

Great location, in pretty Hamble-Le-Rice away from main roads etc (which is why I selected it). Room was small but fine for a single person. Bathroom was tiny with nowhere to place washbag etc. Parking available outside.

I had been in contact with staff as I was arriving lunchtime before going to a wedding and nothing was too much trouble.
Single room was lovely and window overlooked the Main Street, traffic wasn’t noisy.
