The room is spacious. The host is friendly and moved us to a bigger room. The kitchen is complete with appliances you can cook and store food in the fridge. The dining table is big and good for family and also the living room with a comfortable sofa and nice big television. It's our second time booking at this property. Will definitely book again.

The staff were very friendly and professional and very informative. The hotel is very clean and luxurious. Very good location, easy to get to popular parts of London. We were very happy with our stay. We were able to store our luggage until our room was ready.
