The foyer is welcoming, easy check in and friendly efficient staff. The room was really good, better than I was expecting. The decor was lovely, clean and the bed comfortable.
The bar has lovely decor and drinks reasonably priced. Well situated next to the railway station and there's a car park to the side for £5 overnight.
I would stay again without hesitation.

Haven't recieved my refund yet. I understand they are going through a difficult time but I wasn't aware of this at the time and they shouldn't have accepted bookings if there facilties were closed (the reason why I booked in the first place) please can I received the refund they said they would give.
