Friendly host who is quick to reply and accommodating. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a lovely modern kitchen full of everything you need should you wish to cook. Was lucky to have gorgeous weather so the view out the windows was stunning, but the garden is so beautiful anyway. We enjoyed our breakfast with the little balcony doors open listening to the birds and admiring the scenery. Bed is very comfortable and love the decor throughout. Clear and easy check in instructions too - highly recommend this apartment and thank you to the host for a lovely stay!

Beautiful countryside location. From check in with the lovely staff, I felt the day's stress melt away.
A gorgeous room with everything I needed and spotless.
Immaculate white bedding on a comfy bed. For me, this is always a joy to see after a long day.
The shower was powerful and much needed relief from many aches and pains.
Close enough for the NEC, far enough away to relax and enjoy the beauty of the heart of England's countryside. Thank you!

Nice hotel, good standard of rooms, car park was easy to park in. We also had a bus that took you to the station for free which was really helpful when we where trying to get to resorts world, as it was a short walk from where we where dropped off.

The best thing about this hotel was the quality of the food.
The best thing about this hotel was the quality of the food. The menu and specials were the same for both evenings but there was plenty of choice. The restaurant was full on the Friday night and service team were great. I would definately dine there if I was a local. The one negative for me was although the stylised subdued lighting was perfect for an evening in the pub and maybe setting off to bed, there was insufficient light to get ready to go out. Abismal! We arrived to an extremely busy pub. We stood at the check in desk which was covered with dirty plates for ages. No one would acknowledge us, we were totally invisible, eventually one of the barmaids checked us in. Room was nicely decorated however the bathroom skirting was all black mould as was the base of the shower. The window sash cord was dangling but the worst was that we had no view whatsoever from the window! We had a brick wall and roof within touching distance. This restricted daylight should be highlighted on the booking information to give you a choice if you want to continue with the booking or not, I certainly wouldn’t have. Although this is a pub we are still paying hotel prices! Again for dinner the pub was stupidly busy, and everyone was stood waiting for their tables. We were supposed to eat in the restaurant however we were eventually given a table just at the bottom of the stairs. Service was extremely slow but food was ok but it is expensive. Breakfast is another story; no cereal or fruit for breakfast, not enough cups, the boiler was empty, the juice was empty, the service was very very slow. The hotel is ideally situated for nec 10 min drive into the countryside. Parking is ample. The rooms was a bit tired lick of paint here and there. The bathroom was spotless and very nice. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to make your stay wonderful even gave us a plaster and fresh milk for the rooms. Linen and towels were very clean bed comfy room was big. Recommend visiting the restaurant the food was brilliant. Breakfast was buffet style but eat what you wanted loads of choices. For the price we paid better than some big brand hotels. They made you feel very very welcome. We will be back next yearFogg
