Our bedroom was average size, excellent decoration throughout, clean and plenty of hot water. Bathroom towels and products were excellent. Breakfast overall was very good indeed as was staff service throughout. Dinner (Friday Evening) see below

Great location, just off the high street in Newmarket, not that you would know it. Vast amounts of space and parking behind secure gates. Noise - none. Our corner room was wonderful with great views. Really first class service in the bar and restaurant. We would definitely stay there again.

Value for money. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. They couldn't have been more accommodating. They made our visit very enjoyable. The breakfast and evening meal was also lovely and again we were well looked after by all the staff. Thank you! Plenty of parking too and a great location.. We would certainly stay there again if we returned to Newmarket.

I was not told about the noise level that went on until 1:30am I had no sleep and had a flight the next morning which was painful as very very tired. Very noisy stay Staff and rooms were lovely just too noisy for my stay

It’s close to Newmarket which was our main reason for staying. Very clean room. EV chargers in the car park were an added bonus.

The breakfast is the only part that disappointed us. We were under the impression we would get a cooked breakfast - as per the reviews on a cooked breakfast. There was boxes of cereal, bread and buns that we could help ourselfs too. Otherwise everything was very clean comfy and stylish
