Fantastic service, i travelled for surgery and could not ask for a more pleasant stay. Food was delivered so I didn’t have to go downstairs and the Starbucks was brilliant

Lovely rural setting with self contained units where you can sit and watch rabbits, ponies and llamas (I think they were llamas). Very rural and quiet with coffee, tea biscuits and croissants in your room.

Superb location absolutely brilliant bar (Timothy Taylor Landlord bitter)
Sollihull has a lot to offer in things to do. The local National Institute (Baddesley Clinton) has 2 places to visit in a short driving distance with plenty of walking around the properties. There are restaurants within walking and short driving distances as well as grocery stores.

Didn't really see the place.
Didn't really see the place. We were there for an exhibition nearby. There are planty of good restuarants nearby. Just as well because the Regency Hotel restuarant was expensive and not very good.

Solihull is one of the better areas of the West Midlands and offers a pleasant stay and local amenities. Parking in central Birmingham is not easy but a local bus (Route 6) stops right outside the hotel and runs 8 times an hour weekdays, 6 on Saturday's and 4 on Sunday's. In the other direction this runs through to Solihull.
This city of Birmingham has lots to see and plenty of shops including the Bull Ring for those looking for a bit of retail therapy.

The hotel is in Knowle, on the outskirts of Solihull. Lots of great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Fantastic Artisan
Bakery for sandwiches and deli items. Very convenient to get to NEC. Good walks down the Grand Union Canal.

Charged more money than when we booked through booking.com paid for 3 rooms and all on different floors. Said we had to pay extra for breakfast and charged us £155 a family room which wasn’t a family room no child bed was made up. Room full of marks on walls and ceiling. Ask to speak to manager and no manager was working on Saturday ! Really disappointed with village hotels we expected it to be as good as the Elstree one couldn’t be so different.

Solihull is a nice place but I would advise anyone going with a party of 3, booking for 3 ADULTS and expecting 2 bedrooms should ring up and check to make sure it's for 3 adults and 2 bedrooms.
Brilliant location, just over the road from Solihull town centre. Very spacious apartment with handy parking area in the basement. The apartment was very clean apart from the sofa. Well laid out kitchen, dining area and lounge.
Coventry Homes was easy to contact and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Located in beautiful, peaceful location. Perfect for unwinding from a long day after exhibiting at the NEC. The room was located in an annex at the back of the main hotel. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. I would stay here again if working in the Solihull area.
Hotel is well located for visiting both the Snowdome & Cadburys World. The rooms were well appointed and a good size.
The restaurant and communal areas are nice too, and all the staff were very friendly.
The food quality on the half-board option was very good also.
the host employee was nice and accomodating once you find them. the rear parking lot has alot of spaces. but its NOT really secure. even though its suppose to be. NOT the greatest safest area. its mostly for locals for alcohollics..or party goers.
Hotel is well located and probably the nicer one in the area. Surrounded by greenery, right next to the high street of the town, across from many restaurants and a mall. Beds were comfortable, shower had good pressure.
Really lovely little flat, very clean and well presented with everything we would need (including washing machine and kitchen utensils) located near enough to walk into Solihull or drive to Birmingham International.
Very modern clean hotel with a private car park. in excellent location as not too far from city or motorway. Solihull town centre is a few mins walk away. All the staff were brilliant and accommodating.
Parking is easy - disapointing that the hotel is in a fairly industrial area surrounded by new build - no where to walk to, no restaurants etc It is well out of the centre of the town
