I use this hotel regularly when I am travelling to Birmingham airport. The location on the M5 is perfect and ensures that I can have a few extra minutes in bed before I head off to catch my early flight. The rooms are a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable.

Without exception the staff made us feel very welcome in the hotel. The cooked breakfasts were generous and very tasty and the staff were cheerful and attentive making coming into the breakfast room a very pleasant experience each morning.
We only had the opportunity to eat one evening meal in the hotel and that was very good too. The hotel had character in abundance and there were plenty of places to be able to sit quietly if required. Although the car park was relatively small it was very good to see that the spaces allocated reflected the size of modern vehicles so it was never too much of a squeeze getting in and out. Many hotels just don't do this. We would certainly stay in the Tudor House Hotel if we were visiting Tewkesbury again. The town is ideally suited for touring the many local attractions.

Good nights sleep with all the facilities you could need.
Starting to look a bit tired but adequate for a short overnight stop….

Good facilities for all travellers.
But sooooo noisy!
Good facilities for all travellers.
But sooooo noisy! Loud music together with noisy crowds make for difficult 'calm down time' from travelling. You can do something about the loud music, but obviously not about the crowds!!
We have a caravan in Tewksbury that was in flood water so we had to sort it out and rescue our property. The hotel was close enough that we could go back and forth easily. The fact that our two Greyhounds were welcome was the deciding factor when choosing where to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean.
Room was comfortable and very clean, I was impressed with the attention to sanitization of items, very reassuring guests that might be concerned about covid. Sophie was a superb receptionist, extremely helpful and pleasant. Anna was also very nice and helpful, they are both great advertisements for your hotel
The hotel is at a motorway services, I said I’d be arriving late, when I did arrive late. When I got there the motorway was closed for a PLANED 5 evening period and I could not get to the hotel.
They still took my money although they knew I would not be able to get in. Technically theft.
We had travelled up from Cornwall and the traffic was horrendous so pulled into strensham and booked a room and the staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us including telling us about the money voucher for use in the services
The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We had our 86 year old father with us & the staff were very kind about us using their fridge. We will definitely use this hotel & location again when exploring the areas near by.
Able to purchase vouchers to use at the food court at the services. Really good system. Whilst the hotel was a bit tired, it was spotless and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful.
A good place to stop breaking up our journey from Manchester to South Wales. Rooms were a bit dated but clean and comfortable. They also allow dogs which is why we chose this hotel
