Spotlessly clean! That was the first thing we noticed.
Mary was very accommodating with the early check in and super helpful with everything.
David, who was taking care of the breakfast, is most friendly and gave us a few tips about the area.
All in all — great place, lots of fresh air, wonderful breakfast, would absolutely recommend!

Hotel was great location. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Room was small too small for a double. Felt claustrophobic.

We have been traveling from Dublin, and after a long day at the cliffs of Moher, it was such a treat to arrive to some local hospitality and definitely the best dinner we have had since arriving in Ireland.
Wonderful staff, comfortable stay, and would definitely remember this little gem!
Doolin Inn is situated in Doolin, overlooking Fisher Street and located at the start of the Cliffs of Moher walk. This 3-star hotel offers a conierge service, full of knowledge of the local area.

Liscannor is a perfect spot.
Liscannor is a perfect spot. Everything is on your doorstep and is somewhat quieter then Lahimch. There are a few bars and places to eat but there is nothing better to just sit down and enjoy a few pints with the most friendly people after a day of walking over the magnificent Cliffs on Moher or indeed any of the other major attractions in Clare

The Cottage was cozy, we had a slight mishap with getting into the cottage on arrival, but within half an hour we were helped into the cottage.
You get glimpses of the stunning ocean view from the kitchen and upstairs. The sliding door needs a little attention as it was very difficult to open, to such an extent that we just used the other door.
The 2 rooms are cozy and spacious, not much room for clothing though and the wardropes was a little wobbly, as it would keep falling of the rails when you open them.
There is only 1 shower and toilet in the cottage, on the ground floor, which is not great for going to the toilet at night, so just a heads-up for the elderly or folks with younger kids.
The overall layout is very clever and neat. It was spotless and very cozy, once you left the property you have breathtaking views of the ocean. No shops or amenities that we could find that is in short walking distance, but close enough to get to with a car.
Very quick to get to the cliffs of moher, which was the highlight of the trip, unfortunately the weather was not very pleasant, but still worth the trip.
Overall I would give it a 7 out of 10.

Liscannor is a small village with a a couple of Pubs and of course the Anchor Inn - a great place to stay and eat. It is an ideal base to explore Clare and to visit nearby Lahinch and of course the Cliffs of Moher. We had the bikes and cycling in the area is relatively safe and a great way to see the local scenery. The Rock Shop is well worth a visit for either gifts or a coffee and snack.

Liscannor is very convenient for the Cliffs of Moher. You can start a cliff walk from there or go to Geuiran’s Path for a shorter walk. €5 per adult entry to the car park is excellent value. Have coffee in the Rock cafe after. Fabulous food and location.

Liscannor is a lovely little spot .
Liscannor is a lovely little spot . We had lunch in hotel and it was lovely. Covid restrictions in place .petrol station had no sanitisers but staff were lovely . The public house beside where we stayed Joseph mchugh is a disaster. No social distancing at all for the locals . They stand at the bar drinking and no a sign of a toasted sandwich. Did not feel safe in there at all . Finished our food and left . We were refused a drink during to restrictions but the locals drank like a normal Saturday night . No masks on staff after 10 30 . This place lowers the tone of a beautiful place . The best place to eat is Vaughan anchor Inn. Omg fine dining in an amazing setting. Covid rules adhered to %100 . Food was amazing and staff very helpful.
We loved this hotel! The staff were very friendly. There was a complimentary welcome drink the evening of our arrival and the included breakfast was perfect. This was the only hotel we've been to in Ireland that actually had hot water. Every space was furnished with original artwork of different media. Simply great accomodations. No air conditioning but the outside weather was cool and the windows actually opened!
Location convenient to cliffs of moher. We met Jonny who was friendly, pleasant and helpful with local information and any questions we had. Room and place beautiful inside. A credit to them both. Tastefully decorated, bright, airy, relaxed and peaceful. Breakfast was fresh, thoughtfully and creatively presented. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you
The Boathouse is really well set up. There were a couple of small things that could be improved, but I have already told out host about them. The location was lovely right next to the little Liscannor harbour. It was within easy walking distance of good places to eat and not far from a beach. Would definitely recommend the Boathouse.
Excellent little cottage right at the outskirts of Liscannor. 2 min walk to pubs and restaurants and 5 minutes drive to Lahinch. We'll appointed House with great bathroom and bedding which is very important when u are away from home. Great base to explore the area with Cliffs of Moher and Dollin right on your doorstep. Will be back
Location was great, property had good amenities and was laid out well for the group. It had enough space for everyone and a shower in each bedroom which was great. The property is located about 8 minutes from Cliffs of Moher or Lahinch and 15 minutes from Doolin. Plenty of things to do in the area for a short drive.
Comfortable, quiet location but within 2 minutes walk of restaurant/bars. Excellent location for cliffs of moher costal walk. Liked the furniture. Liscannor much less crowded than Doolin and no traffic problems. Easy parking in the village and large parking space at the appartment.
We had a lovely stay! Everything was clean & comfortable, good choices for breakfast. The view was magnificent, especially when being able to watch the sunrise through the windows in the early morning. Very short distance to the cliffs of moher.
It was a beautiful home with a great scenery. It was walking distance to restaurant and pubs. The beds were comfortable. Susanne was very helpful and gave us helpful tips. We would definitely recommend this place to anybody.
Location was amazing, easy to get to Doolin, Cliffs of Moher and Lahinch.
The property was spacious and perfect for our family of 6.
Loved the binder with all the information it was quite helpful.
It was a nice quiet hotel that said there was no breakfast included... However, they provided a small breakfast! The staff was so accommodating and the location was incredibly convenient!
very clean, great location for our family gathering. guest relations were nice, local area, pubs and service fantastic. everyone in the town was super nice. property was well kept
The room is lovely, very close to the Cliffs of Moher, and exceptionally clean. The owner has included thoughtful touches throughout. I wish we had a reason to stay longer!
A place full of character, kind people and gorgious food! Bed was lovely, bathroom modern. Busstop at the front, and plenty places in Clare to visit from here. Compliments!
The cottage is fabulous. So inviting, cosy and warm. Great place to stay if you wish to explore the surrounding area. Ideally located in the heart of county Clare.
New house not far from the Cliffs of Moher, quiet location, very pleasant owner, parking at the house, excellent breakfast, large room, beautiful bathroom.
