The Malecon was the only pretty area and it only comes alive...
The Malecon was the only pretty area and it only comes alive at night when the sun goes down. Otherwise lots of razor wire on houses although I felt safe walking around. Not an appealing north beach. The zoo appeared to be closed for a while.
