Loved the location near park. Great for the nice walk and enjoying the beautiful winter. The view from breakfast was really nice as well as selection of food during breakfast. Stuff extremely friendly.

The hotel is in a lovely, peaceful location. It is wonderfully quiet, yet still close to trams for 10-15min access to the old town of Krakow. The staff were all very friendly, polite, informative, and all willing and very capable to speak English, which we were very grateful for! They very kindly agreed for us to keep our car parked (free parking) for the day after we checked out, so we could explore Krakow before returning in the afternoon. The room itself was lovely, two very comfy beds, everything very clean, modern decor, and with a little juliet balcony. Shower room was also exceptionally clean, and spacious. Breakfast was also very nice, and looked after by another friendly member of staff. Whenever I return to Krakow, I will be sure to stay here again!

A beautiful old building. Excellent restaurant. Quiet, friendly staff who speak English. For many years I have stopped off to eat in the restaurant - it has become a family favourite. This was the first time I had stayed here and was very impressed. Excellent value for money.
