The buffet had a great variety of options, from fresh fruits and yogurt to hot items like eggs and sausages. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent. The breakfast area was spacious and comfortable, making it a great start to the day.
The hotel's location was perfect near the main station, within walking distance of major attractions, shops, and restaurants. Public transportation was easily accessible. The convenience of the location made exploring the city really nice.
The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was comfy with crisp linen, and the curtains ensured a good night's sleep. The room had all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV. The view from the room overlooked a road with trams padding by into the evening and from early morning, which were a little noisy and might be noticeable for light sleepers located on level 1 by the road.

Everything! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for all attractions and public transport. The rooms are well kept, comfortable and clean. This was my second visit. If visiting Kraków, this is the first place I look to book.

Ample choice at breakfast (Excellent coffee) Decent soundproofing and blackout blinds for peaceful ,quiet stay (Even though you are on a busy street.
