Breakfast is fine but no cooked option. The sitting area is suitable for a relaxing evening drink but not for breakfast when you need to bend over your plate to eat. So more tables and chairs please would be nice. Otherwise I stay In this hotel regularly visiting my family and would not look anywhere else.

Ząbki is nothing more but an outlying suburb of Warsaw with a mix of housing estates as dull as ditchwater. The only upside being its convenient location by a commuter railway providing quick access to Warsaw proper.
