Very easy check in process. Everything was exactly how we expected. I asked a question about late check in on their online query, and received a call back shortly after to clarify. She was super nice and helpful.

From check-in to check-out, everything was done really well. Staff: prompt despite many customers checking in, friendly, helpful. Facilities: well-maintained, clean and comfortable. Food: excellent spread for breakfast from traditional Scandinavian to those more mainstream Western and Continental style breakfast.
