Malinda and Stephen went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. Beautifully furnished and decorated accomodation, delicious food (ask Malinda to make you one of his mango lassis - absolutely devine!) and superb service. They put so much effort into creating an unforgettable experience for us at Nuwara Eliya. They also organised a driver to pick us up from the train station who ended up being our guide. Prasanna is an absolute star with lots of knowledge about the area and great recommendations for activities so you never get bored.

The host, Asela is so friendly, helpful and accomodating and told us lots of stories and history about Nuwara Eliya and his family home. Our room was very big and comfortable and we had thick blankets for the colder nights. The home was like stepping back in time and it was so interesting to see the contrast of architecture, decor etc to homes in the rest of Sri Lanka. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and extremely clean. A great shower temperature and pressure. An easy tuktuk ride into the centre. Breakfast was delicious and generously sized. And the staff were extremely kind and polite and so helpful. We had a wonderful time
