Extremely good value for money. Double room with en-suite shower room was very comfortable, although space was at a premium, which did not affect us in the slightest. Breakfast was all self-service in a separate breakfast room which worked very well. The lady host was very welcoming, explained everything very easily, and left us to it which was great. She was available for any queries but we didn't have any! She recommended a couple of local hostelries and we enjoyed a lovely evening meal in one about 8 mins drive away.

The room exceeded expectations, particularly as I know of others staying during the same period, who paid significantly higher for very basic accommodation. Room was exceptionally clean, well styled, bed was comfy and the room was peaceful. Close to restaurants and bars and easy to access.

The owner of the property was very professional and was on hand if you had any queries. Nothing was too much trouble it's a shame we could only stay for one night. The staff in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Our room was roomy and the bed very comfortable. Very peaceful and quiet even though near a busy road. Certainly a bit of luxury!
