The Pheasant Retreat and Pheasant Lodge and Pheasant Suite are situated in the grounds of Balls Farm, a 17th-century farmhouse surrounded by fields and wildlife. how spacious, clean and cosy it was the big bath was unreal!! loved it we will be coming back in summer to enjoy the outside area too.

Huge luxury loft cottage in historic country estate - Belchamp Hall Hayloft, a property with a garden, is set in Belchamp Otten, 25 km from Freeport Braintree, 30 km from Ickworth House, as well as 31... We had an absolutely amazing time. The accommodation is beautiful and I would definitely recommend a visit. It is a quiet, tranquil location with many public footpaths, wildlife and beautiful peacocks roaming freely around the property. Many thanks for an amazing trip and helpful hosts.

EPIC... It was a fantastic family base for our time in Colchester. Comfortable and spacious with lots of little touches to make it home from home for the adults and kids.
