Between Spalding and Market Deeping, St Nicholas House is an 18th-century manor house in the Lincolnshire countryside. They out of their way to accommodate an early check in as we were at an early wedding. The room was spacious, extra clean and very comfortable. A lovely old building with an amazing countryside view. A lovely cooked English breakfast to wake up to (especially the sausage)! Would recommend to all ages.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Runway Cottage, it was very clean and tidy, lovely grounds very well kept, Michelle was very welcoming, we will definitely return next year

Featuring a garden and views of lake, Nettleton Country House is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Nettleton, 43 km from Lincoln University. This property was so beautiful. Nestled back in a quiet setting. Plenty of space to walk. I love that the rooms had a mini mini fridge for milk. It was the cutest thing I have ever seen. The breakfast was set out for us and it’s very peaceful and we had the entire floor to ourselves it was amazing. Will definitely stay on our next vacation out there.

Priory House is a Grade II listed Georgian country house set in 1.5 acres of walled gardens, offering luxurious, individually furnished rooms and unique self-catering accommodation amongst scenic... I stayed here with my wife and son. The owners are wonderful people. Very kind and accommodating. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed and even left a note on the table for us when we were out, which was helpful and sweet. The cottage is extremely good value for money and the decor is exceptional. Honestly a beautiful place to stay hosted by fantastic people.
