Meals are great and it's so relaxing. The village is lovely with plenty of low level walks as well as taxing ones nearby. You won't want to leave.

Immerso nella Dyfi Valley, il Firecat Bed and Breakfast vanta ampi camini aperti, travi a vista e mobili tradizionali in rovere. The property is beautiful and cosy. The area is very green and quiet. Our hosts were very kind and made us feel so welcome. We travelled with our 7 year old and small dog. Food was delicious and they even cooked a special meal for my fussy eater boy. Breakfast was amazing and we looked forward to it every day. We would love to come back. We left bearing very thoughtful gifts from our lovely hosts.

Dinner was superb, perfect in every way, from the before dinner drinks and Canape's, Dinner itself was a delight, absolutely perfect! Beakfast was relaxing no rush good food. The gorgeous grounds are ideal for a brisk walk either fefore or after breakfast.

Our room was very comfortable; the bathroom had high-end conveniences that we weren't expecting. The gardens were absolutely beautiful; we wish we'd planned for some time to sit on the veranda and enjoy the birds and flowers. We had a flat tire on our rental car while we were in Anglesey an hour away. Sandra was so helpful in advising us while we rearranged our plans so we could pick up another rental. She even called a taxi for us to get to the train station. The breakfasts were delicious, perfectly cooked with generous portions -- a great way to start a full day of adventures.

Situato ai piedi del monte Cader Idris, l'Afon Rhaiadr Country House sorge nel cuore di Snowdonia, in una zona dove potrete praticare rafting, kayak e mountain bike. We loved everything about Afon Rhaiadr. The hosts Gina & Garath were amazing, so helpful on offering tips & hikes, etc to do in the area. The ambiance when dining was exceptional. We will definitely return when in the area again.
