This ‘boutique’ hotel is located in the countryside near the large village of Broadway. The hotel is immaculate everywhere and maintained to an excellent standard. Rooms are extremely comfortable with everything you need, very comfortable bedding and towels etc. The best UK Spa hotel I have stated in so far. The staff are absolutely fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. The food is of an excellent quality too! We had a beautiful breakfast every day which had everything available you could ever want. We dined there one evening too and the food and service was superb and faultless. We can’t speak highly enough of our stay there and the staff too. Hannah, in the Greenhouse’ Spa area, went the extra mile to make sure our stay was the best it could be.

It was very clean and uncluttered. The duvets were comfortable. The location was quiet and it was nice to have off road parking. Easy access to the property. Good communication from the owner.

Such a clean well presented village. A little quiet, however with the car and travelling around the days were soon filled.
Good access, and a wide tree lined high street which has good accessibility

The site is situated in an area where there are many places of interest within easy reach. The village itself has several nice pubs which serve good food at reasonable prices. The lodges are self catering and there is a good balcony to sit on during the warmer months.

The things that were good were excellent.
The things that were good were excellent. The things that were bad were dreadful. Mistakes which should never be made in this type of establishment. The building is great. The hotel and restaurant it houses could be so much better.

Broadway is a lovely village with fabulous restaurants, pubs and shops. It is the perfect base for visiting The Cotswolds. Our second visit was last week when all the Christmas lights were up, it looked beautiful and welcoming.

Broadway was a lovely little village, one of the larger ones. We reached a little late in the evening so the shops were closed except for a super market and a pub. It was nice to walk around and admire the place in the quite summer evening without the crowds we saw the next day. High street is a good place to walk on and admire the stone buildings. Do visit the tower for good views.
A great location and the Hotel is an impressive sight as you approach it along the drive. We had a room overlooking the grounds at the front of the hotel with it's magnificent Cedar trees. A short walk takes you to Dumbleton, a sleepy Cotswold village well worth a stroll around. The food in the restaurant was good , not exceptional but then it was very reasonably priced so no complaints there. Breakfast was also excellent, always good to get hot food on a hot plate.
Lovely location in the pretty village of Broadway.
B & B within walking distance to many pubs & restaurants, I would recommend to book though.
Room was lovely with en-suite shower, tea & coffee facilities, spotless clean and very nice breakfast.
Lots of walking routes to the nearby villages.
Lovely garden to enjoy a glass or two in the evening.
Also the hosts were really nice and friendly people.
The overall look, feel, location and relaxed atmosphere of the hotel exceeded expectations. The staff especially in the Grill for breakfast and Sunday lunch and on reception (thanks for the fab VIP discount for our way home via Bicester Village) were really friendly and helpful. Great food and wine! The Broadway Tower is well worth a visit too.
This historic hotel is beautiful with lovely gardens and wonderful staff, especially the receptionist.
Our room had a lovely view of the front garden. It was a very restful stay. We loved all the sheep walking freely on the grounds.
The food could have been better. But overall, a great place to stay.
The location was excellent, a short walk into Broadway and near the steam railway. Property was a lot larger than expected, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed the decor. A big thank you to Bella for quickly sorting the door problem.
Friendly, helpful staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable and met our expectations. The location was brilliant as it’s located right in the centre of Broadway High Street so was very accessible to shops, bars, restaurants and take aways.
The cottage and location were superb. Very quiet and peaceful with beautiful views. A "home from home" decorated to our taste and very comfortable. So much to see and do in the surrounding area. Will be booking again for a longer stay next May!
Very picturesque property. We’ll set up in a lovely village location. Very good restaurant in the hotel and friendly helpful staff. The village of Broadway has some beautiful independent shops and places to eat.
Beautifully designed with lots of break out areas. Nice touches like pick and mix selection and wine vending machines. Lovely walks in and around the hotel made easier with borrowed walking boots and wellies.
No breakfast available at this site. We brought our own. Only used kettle and microwaveI.
Site was conveniently near to Chipping Campden for an event and less expensive than local hotels for three of us..
Wonderful! A secret treasure of a hotel on the doorstep of Broadway. the location couldn’t be better and at Christmas the hotel was magical with all the decorations up.
Breakfast was excellent as was the customer service. Location is fantastic.
Worth a trip to the hook bar at fish Hotel and the broadway tower.
Had a great time.
