The Bath Hotel offers a superb location, in the heart of the village and directly opposite Lynmouth Harbor and the Lyn River. An excellent breakfast is served every morning.

The B&B is in a great location, in a pretty setting. The home was well-appointed and cozy. It is only a short walk to the town center and restaurants, shops, etc.
Breakfast was very good. The bathroom was large and nicely renovated.
The Blue Ball Inn is located in the north of Exmoor National Park, 550 yards from the sea. It offers home-cooked food, a traditional pub and rooms with countryside views.

Great hotel, with attached bar and restaurant. Great location in Lynton close to the top of the cliff lift linking with Lynmouth. 10 minutes to Valley of the Rocks, and perfect for anyone walking the Southwest coastal Path. Good food and friendly staff.
Boasting an impressive atrium lounge, this Victorian hotel offers a restaurant and free WiFi.

Most of the staff were very friendly. However the manager did not value me as a customer even though I paid for a double room just for myself. I believe I was allocated an unsuitable (main street outside) room to be asked to pay more to upgrade to the more expensive one.

Very quaint.
Very quaint. It is known as Little Switzerland and certainly lives up to that name. We ate at our hotel The Rock House and at The Village Inn. Also breakfast one morning at The Rising Sun (sister hotel of The Rock House.)Everything is within walking distance. All the shops are gift shops or food outlets. Nearest small supermarkets are up in Lynton, easily accessed by the Cliff Railway. There are no Banks, Post Office or ATMs in Lynmouth. Most pubs and hotels only accept card payments.

We first came here 46 years ago on honeymoon so it was great to come back again for our anniversary (we have visited several times over the years) and not much has changed. It is still beautiful, friendly, quiet and a place we will return to again.

Beautiful village right next to the sea and river that can be explored for miles through National trust walks. Also has an old cliff railway that allows easy excess to Lynton which is high above Lynmouth.

First class place to have a short break.
First class place to have a short break. Lots of walking around the area, good selection of shops, although the majority were closed due to staying in late November. Disappointed the railway wasn't working linking Linton.
Wonderful place to stay in an absolutely beautiful town. The building has so much character, and my room was perfect after a hike along the coast path - having a bath was the best surprise I could've hoped for! I was able to grab a drink from the bar and sit in on my windowsill looking out at the sea view. The restaurant wasn't open, which was a shame, but the manager very kindly arranged a table for me at their sister hotel, the Rock Inn, which was lovely. Fab location, tasty breakfast, comfy room - all you could ask for.
The property was situated so centrally in Lynmouth, and made it the perfect base for days out around the village. Having the private parking space was an extra bonus, as parking in Lynmouth can be tricky!
The apartment had amazing views over the river to the sea, and was really comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated.
We had a wonderful stay, and were really impressed overall. The welcome gift of a cream tea was a really lovely extra touch!
The hotel is right on the sea front and rooms with sea view, which we had look out into the estuary. Great for people watching and watching the surfers. Breakfast was great...preordered the night before and evening meals also good. They make sure that residents are offered tables first. Given there are only 3 or 4 places to eat in the evening some with limited menus it's well worth prebooking
Excellent location, thoughtful extra touches, excellent bathroom with large bath and powerful shower. We stayed in a standard room and it was a good size room with a large bed and comfortable pillows. A/C in the room was a pleasant surprise. Good choice at breakfast, delicious cooked options. We stayed in a few places on a tour round Cornwall and Devon and this was one of the best.
Everything about The Rising Sun was just excellent. The hosts and staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The pub was great. Views from The Rising Sun was fantastic. There was so much to do in Lynmouth/ Lynton and I cannot wait to return and will be staying at The Rising Sun again. I hope the restaurant will be operational by then!
We loved the Bath Hotel, the location and the food. I like the idea of having rooms with names rather than numbers! The room was lovely with a great view and the bed extremely comfortable. It was good to have fresh milk for our tea and not waste any by having it in little bottles in the fridge on the landing. We had a delicious evening meal.
Lovely views along the coast and along the river from the windows and the terrace. Peaceful and quiet location. Friendly and helpful owner on site. Steep walk down through the pretty garden into Lynmouth, a couple of seats on the way back up for a rest. Easy access to lots of beautiful walks without even taking out the car.
A lovely place to stay with very friendly hosts. We enjoyed our sea view room and the amazing views from the lounge and breakfast/dining room. Breakfast was varied and generous and it was only a few minutes walk down to the centre of Lynmouth. Plus a good sized public car park opposite the hotel.
Lovely hotel in the heart of Lynmouth, can't get any better location. We had a beautiful suite with a small kitchen and fridge, all needed amenities. Had fresh towels daily. Breakfast was great too and a nice surprise for a small hotel. Overall highly recommend if your visiting Lynmouth
Great views and really well converted apartments - all high quality and no way you could tell it was once a hotel. Work being done on the grounds shows good upkeep too. Also the on site managers were able to provide extra logos for our fire
Lovely hotel in every respect. Jason gave us lemonade and gave my friend a ride to her campsite, and also gave her a walking stick. Such a nice man. Oh, he also sent me off with croissants to eat on the trail.
The bedding was nice, the room was clean and functional. The mattress was comfy. The cooked breakfast was lovely and the service at breakfast was great. The location was excellent, Lynmouth is beautiful.
Everything needed was provided for a "home away from home", including 'welcome' goodies of milk, cake and biscuits. Location is brilliant within Lynmouth and great scenery and walks.
