Exceptional place to stay. We had a warm welcome, really great helpful staff. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. We has such a fantastic time, and wonderful comfortable bed, very relaxing. Everything was high quality including our breakfast ( lovely bright breakfast room with super views). Easily one of the best (actually, probably the best!) Place we ever stayed. Highly recommended, many thanks

We have visited Inverness three times now, but this was our first stay in Nairn. The beach is very welcoming with plenty of space to walk, run, play and enjoy the views; this is the kind of beach I would visit and walk along every day if I lived there. Located close nearby are various historical places to visit (Cawdor Castle, Culloden, Clava Cairns) and Inverness is not far away. Not being much of a "city person" I love to wake up to views and fresh air -- and Nairn offers places like the Invernairne Hotel that enable you to do that and still visit so much nearby.

Lovely seaside town near Loch Ness.
Lovely seaside town near Loch Ness. The beach was lovely to stroll along, as was the canal. Lots of restaurants dotted around town. An amazing ice cream shop located in park near the beach is worth seeking out. The architecture of some areas was stunning old Edwardian homes, really enjoyed wandering around the streets looking at them.

Charming town. I recommend visiting the Nairn Museum first.
Charming town. I recommend visiting the Nairn Museum first. Their volunteers are helpful and have first hand knowledge of the history of the town. I recommend having a car to travel to sites around Nairn that are too far to walk.

Nairn is a very nice town except for the High St which like most in Scotland is suffering at present. However nice to remember the old shops closed now Mackays grocer, Rose Brothers, Gauls toy shop Heards Morgantis to name a few, Nice to see Pat Fraser is still there. Recommend the Classroom at the top of the High Street to eat. Very easy to walk around and nice walks at the river.
Excellent location, secure off street parking, very close to shops, supermarkets, take aways and the wide variety of great cafes and restaurants and of course Nairn’s stunning beaches and golf courses. The property was very clean and comfortable and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Nairn is the perfect base to explore the north, south, east and west of bonnie Scotland.
We had a good lunch at the hotel before going to the beach and checking in at 3 pm. It was very close to the beach walks. Our room was no 1 and spacious with a huge bed and a desk and a sofa. The bathroom had a bath and a spacious good shower. We would definitely want to stay here again. I have already recommended this hotel to a friend who wants to go to Nairn.
Comfortable beds, sofa, and lovely sunroom/fruit tree area attached and the roses will be in bloom for the next visitors. The kitchen is very compact and contains all that is needed. Very close to Culloden site. Nairn is a lovely little town. We didn't meet the owners but communication was prompt. Much appreciated little extras.
Helen was an amazing host and we had the best time at Glen Lyon. We only wish we could have stayed longer! The rooms were adorable and clean, with lovely ensuite bathroom facilities. Breakfast was delicious and home-cooked. The location in Nairn was lovely and we were able to walk to the beach and to dinner easily.
We loved our stay here. All staff members were fantasticly helpful and extremely good company. The food was excellent and both dinner and breakfast. We were takign part in the Coast to Coast Challenge and this was a perfect place to stay before and after the event. A lovely hotel in a beautiful part of Scotland.
Beautiful location and beautiful hotel. Delicious breakfast. Honor bar in a beautiful sitting room. Comfy bed. Incredible hosts. Definitely our go to place to stay in Nairn - have tried a number of others which were wonderful. But this was fantastic! A cut above in all ways. You won't regret staying here!
This was our best stay in Scotland. The B&B was beautifully furnished and the owners were just delightful people. I sat with a cup of tea looking out over the back green into the forest and it was just the most peaceful thing. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. 10/10!
The location of the property was ideal for us, in that we were next to the grass area around the bandstand, perfect for our dogs. It was very easy to park our car, at no cost, very close to the property. This was ideal for us traveling to all the wonderful facilities in Nairn.
Beautiful hotel with exceptional views. Cosy living room/ bar with fireplace. Breakfast was very tasty and served in a dining room with a view. Exceptional attention to details and guests. It showed what best customer service is. Very clean and maintained.
The apartment was just perfect. Clean, modern, quality throughout and close to the beach and town of Nairn . A real bonus to have doors opening out over the river from the main bedroom and lounge Our host communicated by return and was most helpful.
Beautifully clean and nicely equipped accommodation with hosts for whom nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast basket comprised of delicious freshly baked bread and fruit. Location for Nairn was perfect.
This property could not be faulted in any way! It was spotless, extremely well equipped and comfortable. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Nairn we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!!
Great breakfast and conversation. Also a great way to meet other travelers from different parts of the UK and world. Lovely visit! Also a nice walk to some trails and the town of Nairn.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was centrally located in Nairn and very handy for the bus stop.
