The staff were lovely and the property itself was lovely and the grounds. The location was excellent for an event I was attending at the NEC. The breakfast was also very nice. I would stay here again if attending another event at the NEC as the room on the whole was quiet and comfortable

Fabulous stay at this hotel, have stayed before and everything was as we found it the last time but with the addition of a new restaurant. The breakfast choice in the bar is amazing, especially the Breakfast Stack! We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the service and food were great, the spa facilities are all clean and well looked after too. It was nice to have a kettle and all the little extras in the room and all refreshed every day. The staff here are all friendly and polite, service is brilliant, couldn’t find fault, will definitely be back.Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
