Every deco detail was perfect. And wonderful staff, very friendly, professional and good-looking with their capitain shirt! The breakfast was perfect for us. Good croissants, yogurt and fruit salad. The boat is very elegant and "anchored" in a great place next to many restaurants - I like Edinbourgh centre but Leith is my favorite district, it's close to the seashore with an atmospheric maritime atmosphere. This modern hotel is next to the Ocean Terminal shopping centre and the Royal Yacht Britannia. It has paid onsite parking, air-conditioned rooms and regular buses to the city centre stop outside. it’s very quiet in the room and the bed is very comfortable to sleep. the temperature in the room is the best, especially it’s winter weather outside. I can see the sunrise from the window

Park View Hotel is situated only 2 km from Edinburgh and easily accessible by frequent buses. This Victorian town house overlooks the famous Leith Links park. I was particularly impressed by the staff, especially the manager, who went out of their way to assist and organize everything for our trip. Recognizing it was our first visit to Scotland, the manager kindly provided me with valuable travel information and recommendations for sightseeing, which was an unexpected and excellent touch. Furthermore, while visibly busy cleaning and organizing a room, one helpful lady noticed me wandering in the car park and actively offered assistance in finding the entrance. She even went above and beyond by inquiring about my room number and personally guiding me to its location within the building. Finally, the manager's proactive message the next morning, checking in on my comfort during my stay, confirmed their genuine commitment to exceptional customer care. When I requested a kettle replacement, they promptly delivered a brand new one to my room on the same day, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
