Very kind and helpful!The hotel is very clean. We had no issues with noise even though we kept the window open during the night. The room was a bit hot for one of us so we got a fan from the staff that did a l great job. The location of the hotel is amazing! There is a bus stop outside the hotel and 2 underground stations nearby, one of them less than 2 minutes away. I have to say that I loved that the staff takes time to reply the comments. You can see how much they care.

The Crown and Sceptre is located in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, just 4 minutes’ walk from Kensington Tube Station. This gastro pub offers a restaurant and free WiFi. This was an excellent location for an Event we attended at Olympia . Also, it's about a 20 minute walk to either Earls Court or Shepherds Bush tube stations which was convenient for us for getting around London. We didn't use buses, but there were plenty en-route. The room we had was facing onto Holland Road which surprisingly wasn't particularly noisy at night, just passing traffic which was ok for us, we stayed for 2 nights. A hairdryer is available if required at the check-in desk which is located in the pub. There is a separate secure entrance for access to the rooms when the pub is shut. The shower was excellent and the bed comfy. We also ate in the restaurant/bar one evening and food was great.

We loved the apartment and the area! We were able to get the keys easily from the lock box and our entire stay was great. The place was a quick walk to the train station and a ton of bus stops around for wherever we wanted to go. Inside the apartment was lovely - beds were comfy, rooms were nice. Everything seemed super clean as well!

Angela met us lovely lady as we were delayed but she waited for us. The property was fully equipped and close to Kensington High Street and Notting Hill. We had a lovely stay and would 100% book again if we needed a 3 bed apartment.

Situated in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, only 5 minutes from Holland Park and High Street Kensington, the hotel consists of a pair of Victorian houses which have retained many period... I only have words of praise for The London Visitor Hotel. Rooms were amazing, spacious and clean. Staff was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Location is great and accessible. Price is reasonable and great value for money! Will definitely book there once again whenever I'm back in London <3
