Under 6 months old hotel in the heart of London. Our room was quite small but enough for a couple of nights stay. Rooms themselves were very comfortable and furnished very nicely. The staff were absolutely amazing and kind. Will be staying again in this hotel next time.

First of all, the staff was amazing, very kind and nice. The facilities are very good, everything looks great and the food was really good. Right opposite Hyde Park and Marble Arch (which was being worked on). I had the park view king room which was big enough but very expensive. You certainly pay for the area. They have a promo that if you don't have your room cleaned you get £10 back per day to spend on food and drink. I saved up two and had a free breakfast. Nothing special but a nice treat. Staff for England were very nice not always the case even in high priced hotels. Very helpful and kind.
