Our stay at the Soho Hotel was wonderful. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The room was at the back end of the hotel so it was very quiet at night. The beds were amazingly comfortable! The staff was attentive, friendly and ready to deliver any need. The concierge went so far to hail a taxi while we waited comfortably inside the hotel. Overall, an immaculate job!

This is one of the best boutique hotels I've stayed in, and I've been to more than 200 hotels. Excellent staff, extremely hospitable, they go the extra mile, attention to details is beyond the norm, rooms are nicely decorated, great amenities. It's the only hotel I've stayed in that have a professional gym membership next door as opposed to a small one in the basement. The hotel also has a guest-only lounge, rooftop bar, fine-dining restaurant, etc... It's a full package and the value for money is 100% there.

It is in the hearth of London and one of the best area. The structure is very tiny but so functional for a tourist, the cleaning was perfect.

With an excellent location, only a 2-minute walk from the Oxford Street, the hotel offers accommodation in elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi. The kitchen part of the room was fantastic to have especially with a toddler. The room had everything we needed. It was a bit small but liveable. It is located in a perfect area, very central yet quiet. Underground, shops, various bars and restaurants nearby. The hall was also really good to just chill a bit.

Na miejscu wszelkie udogodnienia takie jak ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, czajnik, żelazko i deska do prasowania. W szafie szlafroki i kapcie. Śniadania typowe - brytyjskie, pyszna kawa, spokojnie można było się najeść. W dniu odjazdu na naszą prośbę za darmo przedłużono nam dobę hotelową. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i pewnie wrócimy za jakiś czas na kolejny spektakl w teatrze.

Fantastic staff, room, facilities and owner Mark was always around to greet check in and help with any and all we needed from restaurant recs to directions, more coffee water etc in room... could not have imagined what amazing service we got over our 3 days there. 100% would return to stay!
