It was so nice! It felt very luxurious and good quality. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and had a lot of nice soaps and creams! the staff was very helpful and the restaurant was perfect! recommend!

We loved the size of the room. Considering how small the vast majority of reasonably priced hotels in London are, the room in this one was perfect. Easily accommodates two people with suitcases without the room becoming too crammed. The room was also reasonably quiet, facing the alley behind the hotel.

I would like to say a huge thanks again to the staff members that were working on reception on the evening of 21st January 2024 (unfortunately I cannot remember all their names) for all their help in trying to get myself and my young daughter to Gatwick airport as quickly as possible to make our flight home.
