The OWO hotel is steeped in amazing history. It has been beautifully and sympathetically transformed into an exceptional hotel. The "Spy Bar" is a must visit. Amazing I have to say the staff at all levels, give this hotel soul, and without that "soul" it would be just another high end hotel. Which it certainly is not. "Bravo" Raffles OWO.

Ekstedt at The Yardでのスタッフの対応は、メニューについて適切に助言を頂き、イギリスでの毎日違った朝食を堪能できました。 ロケーションは何処に出かけるのも便利でした。 また入口の階段を、快く荷物を運んで頂きました。 特に暑い日が続きましたが、エアコンが十分効いていた事は(ロンドンでは珍しく)良かったです。

The room was very pleasantly decorated, making it like a home to come back to after a long day out. The room served us very well with the excellent location, equipped with a washing machine/dryer, good working shower and heaters.

Mr Ross was a wonderful host, he made sure our stay with most comofortable experience, he was very kind and informative which helped us to navigate and plan our very first expperience of london. once again a big thank and appriciate his genorosutiy towards us. this apartment was same as advertiesd, clean and tidy. we were 6 person group and the apartment sufficiant to accomadate us with utmost comfortablility. recomond this place for anyone who visitng for sight seing on london since this place is almost walking distance to majority of popular places you want to see.
