Trish took great care of us, especially my daughter, giving her time with the horses and donkeys and making her feel part of the family atmosphere they have in the stables. Unfortunately, Jon was not there during our stay, but still maintained an excellent job with the communication.

Located in Hexham, 50 km from MetroCentre, Wild Northumberland Glamping offers accommodation with a garden and a terrace. Everything we needed for our stay. Wonderful little road box had farm fresh eggs. Could also call for sausages, burgers, bacon and the like, but we didn't have the time to order those. The eggs were delicious for breakfast! Comfortable and clean. Would recommend to all.

This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. we didnt have a breakfast as we had a very early start the next morning, the room was perfect for what we wanted lots of info inside regarding use of shower / lights etc, We were met within seconds of parking the car , inside we was provided with milk sugar tea and coffee, the room had been left with the heating on so you could literally walk in slip your shoes off and be comfortable. plenty of space for luggage and to hang clothes good sized bathroom all clean and tidy , towels were provided. So peaceful and quiet almost painfully quiet in a very good way!

Excellent local pub within walking distance, very enjoyable stay - we even got to see the Flower Moon emerge from the horizon!

Ullathorns Farm, a property with a shared lounge, is located in Kirkby Lonsdale, 36 km from Trough of Bowland, 49 km from Askham Hall, as well as 19 km from Kendal Castle. What a lovely country stay. A spacious room in a cosy, comfortable house. Our host Pauline was extremely friendly, welcoming and hospitable, and was happy and interested to have a chat. Breakfast was delicious and served with a smile. Plenty of on-site parking right outside the door. It was a pleasure to look out our window and see fields and the workings of a farm. Being able to have breakfast from the Largee selection provided in cupboard for breakfast plus fresh bread and pastries and fresh farm eggs. All kitchen equipment so we could eat in if we wished.
