I received a warm welcome from Dawn, the proprietor. The room was very clean, fairly large and had a great view across a lawn full of flowers, and in a distance, the historic market town of Dolgellau. The bathroom was also very clean, and everything worked well. There was a complimentary breakfast with a large variety of cereals, toast, and a selection of hot beverages and cold fruit juices. There was no cooked breakfast, as had been stated in the booking information. I would love to come and stay again.

Llanberis
Tyddyn Perthi Farm is set in the countryside outside Llanberis, 2.5 miles from Snowdonia National Park. This charming property offers an ideal setting for fishing, walking, horse riding, sailing and canoeing. The cottage was complete with all the amenities needed. There's cereal, bread, milk and other stuff you need for cooking. Janice even brought us a freshly made Welsh cake and a bottle of wine! The heating is perfect the whole time we were there. Beds are comfortable and so are the living room. We stayed in most of the days because of the weather and it was the best idea. It's 10 minutes walk to the bus stop to get you to Caernarforn, a small town that's nice to visit. Would definitely come back for a stay again someday.

Location was on a working farm. The owners were very attentive and welcoming and left milk, Welsh cakes, eggs and wine etc.....Self contained barn conversion with excellent facilities and wonderful views.
Good communication, remote location (tucked away and accessed via a ford), spectacular views, barn and farmhouse are very unique, space, cleanliness.
Lovely location and a traditional Welsh farmhouse on the site of the Bodnant Welsh Food Centre. Great breakfast and lovely views from rooms.
We were a party of nine people aged from four to eighty-eight, and looked forward to spending Christmas together. In the farmhouse and barn we had perfect accommodation, brilliantly equipped, and with a lovely Christmas tree provided. Gesail is in a remote rural location, in beautiful scenery which looked atmospheric in all weather. The sheep were curious and friendly! It was as magical as we had hoped.
The house was a rustic, traditional, North-Walian farmhouse in a superb location. It felt rural and peaceful yet it was only a 5 minute drive from facilities in Bala. A great base for sight-seeing in Gwynedd. We would definitely return.
Pleasant setting, pretty farm house beside a shop, restaurant, cafe on the river. Lots of parking. Sunday lunch on arrival was decent - a plate of roasts and vegetables to share (do double-check the bill - we had someone's Irish coffee put on our bill!). Not open on a Monday but there's a decent pub just down the road with excellent seafood.
Lovely farmhouse style cottage, short drive to Llanberis lakeside, waterfall and Snowdon.
Quirky and somewhat eclectic - a lovingly rustic Toad Hall is somewhere I would very happily return too. After entering through the wonderful and large games room, the sleeping accomodation was clean and comfortable and freshly decorated. The kitchen and bathroom I just loved and the old farmhouse chic is right up my street. From the huge ceramic cistern and sink in the loo, to the wooden chair and table on the landing and toy skeleton in the games room...just fab!!!
A rustic farmhouse in an idyllic setting, made to feel very welcome: great host who cooked lovely breakfasts!
