Just wow! The nicest BnB I've stayed in. From the minute we were welcomed at the door we felt like honoured guests. Graham showed us the beautiful rooms, all so large and airy and all individually decorated with Karen's eye for colour and style. Karen is also a talented cook. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious and beautifully presented. The guest lounge is a lovely place to chat to fellow guests and the gardens are lovely. The couple grow some of their own fruit and veg. It was lovely to wander around. In the morning Graham had printed out a detailed map of a scenic route to our next destination. Great waterfalls...thanks Graham.

location was awesome surrounded by farmland, ideal for a chillout break. recommend a visit to Reekie Linn Waterfall , only a mile up the road !! shops only a few miles down the road and we could have had shopping delivered. We did have a meal delivered at night from a local takeaway which was great. Debbie was a great host, left us some fresh eggs and a tasty lemon cake !

Loved the room, bathroom was massive with a great walk in shower. We enjoyed how each room in the guesthouse had its own style/decoration. The whole place was immaculate and our hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgable. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety to choose from.

This is an immaculate presented Bed and breakfast property. Graham and Karen were wonderful hosts and cooked us a delicious dinner at night as well as breakfast in the morning. Graham was very helpful on a few tips on local attractions which we did visit. Our bed was huge and so comfortable and such a huge room. Ask for room number 4 or number 3 which our friends had. We would love to come back hopefully in a couple of years.

A stunning building, beautifully renovated. Karen’s interior design taste and skill shines through the whole house. More a boutique hotel than a guest house. Would expect to pay at least one and a half times what we did! The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was superb. Wonderful breakfast, great choice of food, well-cooked and presented. Our hosts Graham and Karen were warm and welcoming.
