i liked the location ,penge east station is just 10 minutes walk, nice ,cozy ,and clean rooms ,and i liked the breakfast ,calven is preparing a really like home delecious breakfast, thank you very much calven .also the staff were very helpfull and nice . we really felt like home.

I really loved the quiet neighbourhood, the modern and extremely comfortable house. In the kitchen all necessities you need to cook or warm up the food (microwave, pans, toaster air fryer, oven etc), great washing machine with washing powder and list goes on and on. My personal favourite space was backyard which gives farytail vibes. The instructions to find the keys and the room were clear, so there were was no problems. The room is extremely warm, cozy and beautiful, and most important is secure. There was lots of space for my clothes (since I stayed for a long time). In terms of bathroom there was always hot water, some shampoos (great if you stay for a short time), bathtub and shower. All mini markets 6 minutes away (some local shops, m&s, Tesco express, Iceland) as well as bus stop. Extremely easy to get to the great London and really fast. Lots of overground stations around. Last but not least, I really loved that Gigi always there to help is anything needed or any problem is there. Also, I loved how she organised mutual respect rules to other guests so everyone is comfortable and enjoy the stay. The best stay so far❤️

My wife and me came from germany and ordered this very spontaneously, we booked at 12:30 and the Check-In was already 15:30. The owner is a very friendly and helpful guy! It was clean and the kitchen has everything you need (we had the possibility to save money with meal preparation instead of eating in restaurants in London the whole time) The bathroom had a great shower. Parking was for free- Directly in front of the House. Worth the Price! If i come to England again- i know which person i need to call.
