It was a last minute booking, late check in and I had 3 problems with the whole experience. Staff were f riendly, helpful and informative and the room was comfortable and had a great bed. I even got an upgrade because the room was available which was a lovely touch.

The staff was flexible on the check-in time, the room was absolutely beautiful and the bed super comfortable. The toiletries were good too -- high quality. The location is perfect, right next to the Turner Contemporary and late night pubs. The decoration was modern and vibrant.

While all other accommodation was ripping off visitors to The Open, The Guest House remained at a competitive rate while offering a superior service. Great hosts, exceptionally clean rooms and they even cooked our breakfast early so we could get to the golf early and avoid the crowds. Well placed just around the corner from the main high street and beach. Would definitely return.
