We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from arrival to leaving. The staff were super friendly and we thank them for goingt the extra mile in making our stay such a memorable experience. Sam even made us an omelette for breakfast although it wasn't on the menu. We can only commend housekeeping on the exceptional cleanliness of the room and en-suite. This is a little gem of a place we would definitely visit again.

Comfortable house in a fantastic, quiet location, with excellent hosts. Just a couple of minutes walk from beautiful parkland and canal walks. Major supermarkets 5 minutes away, Burnley town center and stations less than 10 mins walk. It was a perfect place to stay while visiting family in the Burnley area. Would highly recommend.
