The friendliness of the staff was just one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a great range of choice between cooked and continental. The room was extremely comfortable with plenty of space to spread out and not feel cramped. The shower is a proper walk-in shower and not over a bath, which for us was a much appreciated bonus. It was within easy walking distance to the city centre, Canterbury Cathedral and the bus terminal.

Super kind staff, checked in easily. Beautiful room - clean and well sticked with water teas etc. Great size for a family of 4. Perfect location - in the city centre in less than 5 minutes.

Very spacious and clean house right next to city center. We had coffee and tea from the house in the kitchen which was very nice, comfortable and tasty to be able to drink it in the morning. The house has a small garden and it was perfect when we wanted to get out to check the weather before actually going out.

The hotel was superb. The experience from start to finish was exceptional.. The room was just as we imagined it would be.. The Food was incredible and the staff warm and welcoming. Only disappointment was that i did by the cookbook.

The room was very small and indescribably small. The room smelled very bad. I only stayed for one night, and there was no refund for the last night. You should never stay in the worst hotel. It deceives consumers. The online photos are completely inconsistent with the actual room. It deceives consumers. The bathroom is even worse and the washbasin is small. It’s as big as a man’s hand. The mattress is sagging. Such a bad hotel shouldn’t be posted online. Many consumers will be deceived. It’s too bad.
