One of my top favorites of 11 places I stayed during my Cotswold Way walk. The staff here was truly amazing! The food at the pub was outstanding. Everyone made me feel welcome and valued. The wonderful lady who helped me by calling a taxi for me the next morning was so appreciated. I had a rough couple of days on trail due to stomach problems. Her kindness in waiting outside with me and her encouragement helped me to keep on trekking! Highly recommend this place!

This is a true bed and breakfast. You arrive at what looks like a quaint home in the busy city. The moment you enter downstairs, you are greeted by the hosts, and they are fantastic. The rooms are all well supplied with your needs for the stay. Refreshments, really comfy beds, nice clean linens, and hot water in the shower. The gardens out back are stunning. It is not a Holiday Inn, it is better in many ways. In the morning, you will be greeted by the friendliest hosts and other guests in the Inn at breakfast. I wish I had longer to stay. It was like a little family for those of us that travel alone. At first it wasn’t what I expected, then it became more than I expected. 🥰

The owner is really nice. The location is perfect (not too noisy, yet pretty close to town center and a 20min walk to the rail station). There is a supermarket really close too.

Vegetarian breakfast was lovely. Hosts are very friendly and polite. Was over for the November racing festival, 15 min walk to the track and about 5 mins from the town.
