Amazing cooked to order breakfast. I was in a small single room with shared bathroom which is perfect if you are on a budget. 10 minute walk to the train station and 1 minute to the beach, shops, busses, pier, arcades etc. There are also large rooms for families and couples.

Beautiful location. Very easy to find. The Lodge is a perfect little hideaway. The owners are friendly and welcoming. I loved the firm bed, smart TV, fast broadband, Fridge and Chocolate! I'd definitely stay again, it's very good value.

He allowed us to check in early as we had to get ready for a wedding. He sent me a video of how to use the key code which was very helpful on arrival. The place was clean and exactly as described. Fully equipped. The apartment is very cosy and in a great location right by the beach. Mario answered all our questions promptly. Wifi down the side of the bed in the bedroom & there is an airbed available if there are more than 4 guests.

Received a warm, friendly welcome from our host who was so helpful in offering recommendations for eating out and places to visit while we were there. Our room was on the top floor from which we could see the sea. Room and en-suite were well appointed and immaculate. Good choice of breakfast, which was very good too. Great place to stay, and we will definitely be back if in the area again. Highly recommend.

Few minutes to beach and pier, great location with sea view. Very tasty breakfast with good selection of food. Kurt is a great host and nothing is too much for him. I would recommend Viva guest house to everyone and we will definitely come back.
