We booked a king sea view room and on arrival we were upgraded to the deluxe king sea view room. Waking up in the morning looking over the bay was fabulous. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and modern. The free continental breakfast was a bonus and very nice with cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries, cheese, bagels, fruit juice, tea and coffee. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Thank you Carmel House.

Lovely room, with big bay widow overlooking the sea. Happy for the thick drapes to hide the street lights. Very nice breakfast, made to order. Our host was very helpful, ordered our taxi when we left and helped with dinner reservations. Wonderful service. Highly recommended and would come back again.

The friendly warm welcome. The appearance and decoration of the whole building and the wonderful atmosphere. Martin and Melissa catered excellently for our group including going above and beyond for dietary requirements.
