Right on the promenade but away from the hustle of the pier. This place was beautifullly renovated. The exterior is still being done. When that happens we probably won’t be able to afford to stay there. It’s very stylish. Continental breakfast had everything we needed.

Ideally situated at the promenade, our room had a window sea-facing. The bed was comfortable - the shower as well as the TV a bit small though. A tea pot in the room as well as cookies (which were filled up daily) made our stay enjoyable Parking in front of the guesthouse was no problem. All restaurants and shops were easily reached by foot. The breakfast was very excellent & one could pick from different choices!

The guest house was so pretty and cosy. Our hosts James and Jackie were very hospitable and ensured that our needs were attended to. We felt very comfortable ; it was certainly a home away from home!

Lovely room, with big bay widow overlooking the sea. Happy for the thick drapes to hide the street lights. Very nice breakfast, made to order. Our host was very helpful, ordered our taxi when we left and helped with dinner reservations. Wonderful service. Highly recommended and would come back again.

The friendly warm welcome. The appearance and decoration of the whole building and the wonderful atmosphere. Martin and Melissa catered excellently for our group including going above and beyond for dietary requirements.
